We will empower you with the knowledge of how to take these techniques and effectively implement them into both your clients and your own training needs - allowing you to reveal unshakeable confidence within yourself to assess dysfunctional breathing patterns. Thus allowing you to deliver effective and proper breathing techniques to improve your clients breathing pattern, lung capacity and overall health and well-being.
You will feel comfortable to guide others through breathing and meditation practices using a variety of techniques. You will be able to create and lead group classes, program and periodise breath work. Feeling confident to bring breath-work into a variety of audiences such as the workplace, gyms, sports teams and classrooms.
