This workshop is focussed on forward and backward walkovers and side aerials. You will develop the skills and knowledge in how to execute these skills safely every time. Understanding the importance of combining breath, strength and flexibility in tumbling and applying that to the skills already in your repertoire. We will learn different exercises to increase back, leg and hip flexibility and then apply that to your tumbling skills.

- Specific strength, control and endurance exercises for forward and backward walkovers and side aerials
- Learn how each skill is achieved and what strength and flexibility you need to settle these skills comfortably into your body.
For Who?
This workshop welcomes all from beginners to advanced. There is no requirement that you already be able to hold a handstand unassisted. Also providing opportunity for the more experienced to challenge themselves in new ways.
