DEPOSIT POLICY – To secure your place, a $1995USD non-refundable payment is required. If you have to cancel your experience with us, please inform us as soon as possible. TDK does not offer refunds. If you cancel your reservation ninety (90) days or more prior to the start date of your retreat, you will forfeit an amount of $1000USD. The remaining balance of the payments made by you to The Design Kids may be used as credit for another TDK Retreat within one year of the date of your confirmed cancellation. For cancellations less than ninety (90) days prior to the start date of your TDK Retreat any fees paid will be non-refundable and non-transferable, due to non-recoverable payments that we must make in advance to secure the retreat location. 

TRAVEL INSURANCE – Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason, this is why it is imperative to get travel insurance as soon as you have paid the deposit. Please make sure that natural disasters and personal injuries are covered. We do not offer credit for arriving late or leaving early.

You must submit your signed Participant Agreement form within one week of booking or 90 days prior to the TDK Retreat start date, whichever comes first. Participants who fail to do so, may be subject to an automatic cancellation and the above policy will apply.
