BRIDGE THE GAP

WALKOVERS + SIDE AERIALS

1 HOUR WORKSHOP

This workshop is focussed on forward and backward walkovers and side aerials. You will develop the skills and knowledge of how to land these skills safely every time! Understanding the importance of combining breath, strength and flexibility in tumbling and applying that to the skills already in your repertoire. We will learn different exercises to increase back, leg and hip flexibility and then apply that to your tumbling skills.

HEAD RUSH

HANDSTANDS + HEADSTANDS

1 HOUR WORKSHOP

Designed to give you the confidence and strength to spend some quality time upside down. You’ll learn how to connect your body and breath to sustain handstands, headstands and elbow stands for an extended period of time. You will use a variety of strength and balance exercises to understand how your body moves and how you can work with it to get the results you’re after.

LIFE ON THE FLIP SIDE

ADVANCED TUMBLING

1 HOUR WORKSHOP

Aimed at those with already developed tumbling abilities. We will visit your current tumbling skills and work with more advanced combinations and tools to add to your repertoire. You will become comfortable with personalised tumbling passes designed for each person and building the strength and stamina to feel competent executing your most advanced skills.
